I monitor, open a monthly update window on staging, and restore a backup before I trust it. Form and checkout checks, a monthly report, business hours, terms in writing.
Automation pilot
One process, one KPI, two to four weeks: lead to CRM and reply, order to invoice queue, a weekly margin or stock exception report. Human approval, a monthly API budget cap and a rollback plan are agreed before work starts.
